Don't even bother trying to have a rational discussion with nakedlobo. His only angle for any debate is about legalizing marijuana. He screwed up his life and others (his ever growing number of illegitimate kids) when busted for driving around with 1/2 pound of dope and spent 3 years in the can. He is a college drop out that thinks he is more knowledgeable than the U.S. Supreme Court (what a farce) and now cries all day, every day, about government conspiracies and how he is so oppressed because the govt. doesn't support his drug addiction. His rhetoric is BS just trying to rationalize and justify his drug use and addiction.

p.s. oh yeah, and when you beat his backside in the stupid argument, he'll change the topic or come up with some stupid analogy like breathing air is the gateway to doing drugs or that roadblocks will next lead to police being placed in all our homes (or similar govt. conspiracy BS he has used throughout Topix). Anyway, just a heads up. If you care to debate with a dead head horse that can't hear you....have fun.

The Grand Jury should send this case to a jury. How can one kill an unarmed man who was NO threat to anyone's safety & call it justifiable?? Their was NO stolen property on him. Where was the threat!!! Where!!! He took the law into his own hands & killed a human being and we want to know why! We need justice for Terry!
We are very sorry for your loss, we too have lost a loved one under the guise of "self defence" in fact it occured on November 13, 2007 at the Valero station in Riverside Texas, so we are well aquainted with the "good ole boy justice" in Walker County, my brother was Jerry Wayne Bratton Sr. and his murderer was also known to him and he was shot at a public place at 7:49pm. But we have been investigating his murder since his death and are almost ready to present to the grand jury ourselves with advice from the Texas Attorney General's office. If you feel that Terry was set up, then start digging into the case, rattle a few boxes and see what falls out. Never give up, we will continue to fight for justice for our brother until there aren't any of us left. Please join in efforts to hve the Texas house revise the "self defense law"
