glad no one hurt-that needs to be a warning to all-if you are doing
something wrong and police or emergency try to help-DONT RUN!!
How simple is that?
Please everyone-dont't take advantage or take for granite your
police department or emergency personnel! They are here and trained
to help-let them!
Good work all local
and susrrounding police departments!!!!!!!!

Quit twisting the fake storey. The police clearly did not beat the old geezer as he said. He is only wanting a handout. Has nothing to do with the Madison case. Grow up!

At least this guy didn't want a free handout in the form of trying to sue the city because he run from police. If the police weren't there and thugs came to take everything you had and do what they want with you and your family then you might not be trashing the fuzz. They are the only thing keeping thugs from owning you. So instead of falsely accusing a cop of wrong doing thank a cop for protecting your @ss.At least this man was honest enough to not create a beating.

I call on cops to file civil suits if falsely accused for slandered and defamation of character and emotional stress from false accuations. We should protect the police and see people pay $$$ for causing emotional injuries upon our officers. This is time to step up and see our underpayed officers get payed for being done wrong.

My son-in-law is an officer for the Madison Police Department. I am very proud of him for putting his life on the line every day to protect the citizens of Madison. If this idiot didn't have something to hide, he would not have run. He put every single person that was on the road that morning in harm's way by deciding to act foolishly by trying to outrun the cops. I'm only glad that this situation ended peacefully, without an innocent bystander or one of the officers being injured or killed.

We all know that saying horrible things about people angers God. I am thankful he is alive to be with his children and his wife. His mother and grandmother are loving and wonderful people. If you just look at the big picture being judgemental gets us knowhere. God is incharge!! I have known him since I was a little girl and he is wonderful. Leave him alone!!!
