i'm new in town and would like to know of any doctors who prescribe adipex, not one of the weight loss pill mill places, but an actual doctor's office that takes private insurance. i'm ready to try it again. i had good luck with it before, but had to go spend a crapload at some shady "clinic". thank you.

She doesn't bill ins. It's cash only if you want her to prescribe Adipex.

So, is Dr. Friday the only game in town then?? I was thinking more of an actual doctor who is like a regular MD, who will prescribe it as part of a medical plan, not pill-mill kind of shit like this Friday sounds like. I have insurance and want to use it rather than pay big bucks to a soulless skeeze who is basically a drug dealer. Thanks again.

Does it really work? If so, does it make your heart race or keep you from sleeping

It works but typically only as long as you take it. Then once you stop you will probably be so hungry that you will gain all your weight back. When I took it I lost a lot of weight because it made me not want to eat anything at all. I just couldn't stomach any food. I had to force myself to eat something. And I pretty much didn't sleep the whole time either. Then when you stop you get a huge headache for days as your body goes through withdrawals.

Hell, why go to a doctor when you can go to most online "drug stores" & pay the same price for the exact same thing & you don't have to waste time going to a doctor every month. You schedule a bullshit online "consultation" & they prescribe & send you up to 320 pills each time.

Eating less and exercising more usually does the trick.

Is it legal? How is that possible?

Really ? Sounds like a sweet deal. Keep taking a pill every day of your life. Losing weight is the easiest thing you can do. It takes motivation. Walk 30 min a day. Drink water instead of Mountain Dew, and eat sensible. If it has a commercial, don't eat it.

I took adipex for 6 months, and all it did for me was cause me to have a lot of energy. My house was the cleanest it had ever been. Learning how to eat properly works as long as you don't cheat. Eating fresh fruits and veggies is a start. Canned fruits contains fructose syrup. Eating 100% whole wheat for breakfast and lunch Only, will give you the needed energy. Cucumbers, Jello, and lettuce are free food exchanges, so you could eat them and not gain a pound, but there is not any nutritional value in them. You really want to focus on protein. Foods high in protein keep you full longer. If a snack is wanted, eat some kind of lunch meat, or eggs, no bread. When individual's go from eating to not eating, your next meal will put weight on you. The only thing that happens when you starve yourself is shrinking of your stomach, and depriving your body of the much needed nutrition. Determine how many calories you currently ingest and week 1, subtract 200 calories daily. Week 2, eat 400 calories less daily, and don't stop subtracting until you get to 1,500 calories a day, Please remember that your weight gain didn't happen overnight, so set your goals of weight loss, and stick to it. You want to lose weight so you can be healthy, but you want to find a doctor to give you a highly addictive diet pill? What's wrong with this picture?

It's $90.00 for everything. For your first visit they like you to show up a couple of hours before closing. Paperwork & consult. It's a really quick visit. The team is nice & friendly. It's a really easy location to find & you aren't going to find it any cheaper around here.

Same deal at Medispa. I don't believe they take insurance though. Half off 1st visit too! Plus coupons online for 30-50% off all of your following visits. I'm satisfied with them. Daily, I get a vitamin and adipex. I also pay $7 a week for a B12 shot in addition to the other meds. Total would have costed $110, but with half of I only paid $55. You can get the coupons for the rest of your monthly visits all the timejust for "liking" their FB page or just find them online. Good luck!
