Management doesn't respect workers at that place. Members of management are so busy trying to impress other members on mgmt. team....no real strategy ever gets executed.

The managers need time off around turkey day and Christmas so they can travel back to their homes outside the area. guess that is why they are making workers take time off with no pay

Ethics point is paid for by pcc. Would you really trust someone there? They are a supposed " third party " but I called and asked who pays for their services. PCC. Kinda like asking dr young a medical question.

Did you think they did it for free?
Of course, PCC pays for their services! You call, anonymously, if you wish, and tell them why you can't do your job right because volume of material is more important than quality of material, or any other issues you may have with the questionable ethics of the management style.
They then relay the message to a PCC representative who is supposed to direct it to the proper person to see that the questionable issue is addressed.
The program may hit a roadblock when it reaches the HR department with their history of jumping the fence whenever the grass appears greener, but eventually, someone is going to do an in depth follow up and see the truth.
So, since we know that PCC likes numbers, give them a call and see if they address the issue or look the other way and let the problems continue to happen.
If they get 100 phone calls and address one issue, that would be better results than we are getting now!

Good luck with that. Won't happen. Waste of time, just like grievances.

Apathy is going to put us all in the unemployment line. Someone higher up in this company really needs to see how this place is being ran!

That's right just roll over and take it . The grievance process is back up but not filing a grievance or going to the union meetings is not the answer ...
