Is it Gore's fault you were too stupid to protect your pipes?

I think the cesspool in Washington is full. We need Roto Rooter to go unstop it so the poop can flush away.

I haven't heard Gore say any of this but I have heard multiple climate scientists say it.

They were smart enough to protect their pipes. What happened to you?

I agree with the original post. The government should have a fund to compensate homeowners for the failure of global warming to protect them from freezing. I would imagine farmers in the south have a strong case when the crops get frozen. Farmers and homeowners should keep all their receipts and invoices from the freeze damage and send them to Al Gores office with a demand letter for reimbursement. The Federal Reserve can fire up the printers and print some fake money and hand out for the reimbursement.
Why would the Fed (btw the Mint prints the money) cover claims against Al Gore? Because someone to dumb to protect their pipes said it should?
