Curious Huntington, WV	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #1 Dec 17, 2010 What is the service fee for? When it rains our streets close down, when it snows a Lil the city shuts down and businesses can't even open..... Where do the fee money go??
Funny you say that Huntington, WV	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #2 Dec 17, 2010 I was saying the same thing this morning when I went out. I am paying a user fee for what ? 10th Ave and 6th St by my house has not been touched. Its a sloppy mess.
