Its been settled ... I was credited $460 making me owe them $45 now. It was how debit card transactions were posted created causing overdrafts.

Class action lawsuits benefit lawyers the most. If you wanted to get paid you needs to back out of it and handle it yourself with your own counsel.

Where's the money? And this lawsuit is about City national bank posting debit transaction highest to lowest causing a lot of people to over-draw their account without knowing they are. Bad practice for a bank. I could not figure out why I could not keep my check book straight. If they would have posted my transaction when they were made I would not have overdrawn......

Does anyone know why some people have already been credited and others like myself haven't? The people who still.have a checking account will just get a deposit not a check. Right?

These banks created the econoc collapse we are in now. They are not giving you anything.
If Alex Jones is keeping you informed then you are in terrible shape. How many years has he been babbling about FEMA death camps? The guy is an idiot.

My GF was awarded $300. I seem to think it was a year ago that she was paid. Her account was at a City National in Michigan, not sure if that matters.

Funny how someone answers a question as to what and when & and people continue to ask....

BTW. Received a letter last week, stating that Huntington banks was being sued for the same practices. It all involves the way debit card transactions are posted. Instead of all transactions being posted in the order that they are made, the banks switch them in order to create overdrafts. For example say you have a balance off $100.00 and you make four $5.00 d/c purchases on Monday & on Tuesday you make one for $100.00, they would run the $100 purchase made on Tuesday first, thus creating four overdrafts @$30+ each.. All banks do this, and have for years. Its another way for them to make money, and usually nobody pays attention to the order and pay their fees..

Coming from someone who probably doesn't work for a living and doesn't even have a checking account.
I did get an email from John Barrett the Lawyer that won the case, he told me how much I was getting and to expect the check in the mail in 3 to 4 weeks. If you recieved a letter last October you should be getting a check.
Do you know how they calculated the amount for each class member? did you received payment? I'm still waiting.
