I bank with City National and have not seen a thin dime, however I did get a $5 fee added to my account due to returned mail, they said I failed to change my address...I went in when I moved and talked to a lady that took all my info., but she didn't change it in the computer...it was their fault but I got charged for it. How jacked up is that?

A company took 600.00 out of my acct and that created 12 overdrafts. How can you even say don't write bad checks? I work my ass off and when my money goes into a bank you would think that they would keep it safe. I don't write checks anyway.

Only pay with cash or use money orders. Don't give just any company access to your bank account. Check you balance every day.

City national is the worst bank I've ever dealt with. My balance was never correct and their employees are worthless.

Coming from someone who probably doesn't work for a living and doesn't even have a checking account.
I did get an email from John Barrett the Lawyer that won the case, he told me how much I was getting and to expect the check in the mail in 3 to 4 weeks. If you recieved a letter last October you should be getting a check.
