City Ends Fiscal Year with $2.5 Million Surplus
Following the "dismal" days two years ago of pension shortfalls, Mayor Steve Williams happily announced that the City of Huntington ended its 2012-2013 fiscal year with a $2.5 million dollar surplus.

Amazing what can happen when you get rid of a crooked mayor like Wolfe and put someone competent in. Do I even need to mention which one was a republican? That's right, the one who had no clue. Good job Mr Williams, you got the city back to where it would have already been if a bunch of idiots hadn't replaced Fellington with Wolfe.
