Other than ridiculously over priced dresses?? haha but yes everytime i have gone there the employees are extremely rude. Had an incident with a prom dress to where they thought it was my fault they mis-measured me for my dress. Thankfully it was caught before it was ordered but they did inform me if it had been ordered, even though it was their mistake, i still would've had to pay for it. That was it for me and haven't gone back and i don't encourage anyone to go there!!

I put a dress in layaway one time and they sold it and tried to pass a different dress off as the one I bought. And yes, they are rude with a capital R.

Their customer service is awful, they are waaayy overpriced, they try to tell girls they won't duplicate dresses and they do, and 500 dollar shoes?? Really? I expect some really top notch customer service for that price.

You really have to make your own judgement if you're oredering a dress that isn't in the store in regards to size. They measured me and told me I needed a 4 or 6... thank god I didn't listen. I ordered a zero which was a perfect fit. My best friend also ordered a dress from there but went by the size they told her... it was HUGE when it came in, and with the amount of the dress that had to be cut down to fit her it basically ruined the whole look of the dress.

I had the same problem except opposite. They ordered the dress too small. I didn't gain any weight. Fortunately it is not too far from fitting so alterations shouldn't be an issue.

hell yea everybody that goes in there has a complaint of some kind with those snobby biatches. i will never go in there and i direct everyone i talk to they should go to LARAS in ashland

The ladies that work at the Rosetree are amazing girls. If you're going to be rude & b a bitch to them shouldn't they b one back? I think so. Even tho I've never had that experience with them. Everytime I walk into then kenova one or the Huntington mall one, they're nicer than ever & are more than happy to help me pick out clothes & accessaries. & to those that say they've gotten you're dress sizes screwed up, it's honestly not they're fault. Clothing designers sizes vary. You could wear a large in a hollister shirt but a small in something Rosetree has to offer. They don't know what the sizes will look like till they arrive. Just give them a break please, & let them know your concerns. I'm sure they'd b happy to help you out.

If you don't like the Rosetree, defiantly don't go to Laura's in Ashland. The employees there are even worse if you can believe it.

nope not rue jordan the one in ceredo, not kenova are snobs if they walked outside while its raining those bags will drown. i know cause my cousin works there,dont know bout the one at the mall i will nevr go the them no matter where they are at. laras in ashland is the place to go.

It's their job to measure you correctly and order the right size. This is a specialized store...not one where you go pick up something off the rack to try it on and see if it fits.

2 of my friends got married a couple years apart and both of them got their dresses and had them altered there. One dress was way too short and she was measured in the shoes she was wearing with the dress. The other dress had things altered that were not supposed to be changed, totally screwed up. In both cases, they still had to pay full price, and they wouldnt offer anything to make up for it. One girl bought another dress entirely before her wedding at a different shop. So, I dont know about price, but I definately wouldnt get anything altered there.

Broke down and finally paid a rediculous amount for this purse I had my eye on almost everyday for a month (was going to mall alot because of Christmas). It had a bunch a steel like studs on it everywhere. Day one, first stud fell off, and the way they are made, when they come out they are very pointy and painful. I took very good care of that purse but within a week, TWELVE studs had fell off, very noticeable. And I've had other purses that's had studs to, never had that happen. Especially when I pay one hundred freaking dollars for a stupid purse. And Rosetree wouldn't give me refund, store credit or just exchange the purse. Said it was "wear and tear" from me. That's not even possible. Only used it for a week and took care of it because of the price. They didnt try to work with me, honestly made me feel POOR, like they were saying "it's only $100 purse...just buy you a new one"

Don't believe I'll never ever go back....

Umm yes it is their responsibility to make sure they order the right size for you. For each designer they order from they have a measurement chart for the brand. It's their job to get it correct; it's not guess and check when you're paying hundreds of dollars. The dress I bought was $1,300 and I know if I had listened to them and therefore had to have huge portions of the dress cut out therefore ruining the look of the dress I would have taken them to small claims court.

ummm Jordan do two wrongs make a right?? you said if the customers are rude, be rude back? i don't think so obvisouly they need to learn a little something about customer service. And secondly I agree with the others, IT IS THEIR RESPONSIBILITY to get the right size in the right dress, otherwise why are they in business as a dress shop???? Pathetic really Jordan!!

I will never go to this place again!!
I went there for my wedding dress, they threw in a bra, shoes, Tierra, and veil....I was told them clearly I do not want the bra (which was 82$) or the shoes! I layed everything else away!
WELL I found a better Tierra elsewhere, I told them to take it out of layaway I didn't want it, they would NOT let me!!! I was forced to buy it!!!
THEN! My dress was to be altered, when I got it back the lace was white! My dress was IVORY! So I had a ivory dress n veil, with white lace up my back!!!
I'll never go there again!!!!!
