My friend had some things stolen from her house about 2 weeks ago, she went to this place to get the things back. When she got there and explained her situation that someone had broke in and stolen some things, they started by saying that they sold it all. Then they story is that they dont have have to hold anything for any amount of time and they sold it all within 10 days, Now they have 1 ring out of 4 items that were pawned there. The woman that works there is RUDE AND SAID THEY DONT HAVE TO SELL BACK OR GIVE BACK ANYTHING WITH OR WITH OUT A POLICE REPORT... By god we will find out.

You need a police report, and any identifying information. My ipod and TV were stolen and pawned. The shop held them when I went in and said they were stolen until I could bring the serial numbers from my documentation at home. If you don't have the serial numbers you might not have a chance to recover them. I believe they do have to hold them for a set time before they sell.

The felony counts are coming for falisifing documents and purchasing with no ID. The last six months rumor has it they have had informants sell stolen goods to them and have people try to get them back and they say its sold or melted..cant get out of this one....

The guy who pawned stuff without ID is working with police also. They will be shut down and cited with felony charges for sure.
