If Jenkins is the alternative I'll stick with Nick!

the PAC ads are all anti Rahall and don't mention his opponent for good reason. Everyone around Huntington knows he was their DEMOCRATIC representative for years After changing from a republican to win that.

The State can be more progressive depending on what the Legislature does, not the Congress.

Jenkins has been part of the Legislature for plenty of years. He is one of the key people in the State Senate so if you don't like what WV is then he certainly shares some of the blame.

Rahall has always been a friend of coal but he won't let the coal companies run over him OR you. Jenkins will be bought and paid for by Big Business in WV, like he seems to be now. He will be working for them, not you.

Do I approve of Nick Rahall? Not just no, HELL NO. We need to vote this two-faced SOB out in the primary and take our chances with whichever new guy we get in November.

Doesn't do anything for W.V. Also he isn't doing nothing to help coalminers.

Both of these statements are completely wrong. Jenkins won't be playing fair in this election. Does that include his supporters as well?

Jenkins has proven he will switch parties and allegiances to anything or anyone that will benefit him. Please be wary of him.

WV, as a state is simply a haven for dirty politics as their is little money here and few people. No one from the federal level watches was goes on here, its too far under the radar,i.e. WV is a marginalized state. So the politician here have free-reign to do pretty much what they want to. Need proof? Look around you. The population of the entire state has dropped in the past 40 years, and in the larger towns, up to 50%. No new business of note is welcomed, no new job creation worth mentioning. The infrastructure is crumbling and the REAL poverty and unemployment rates are some of the highest in the nation. Then you add that the 2 largest cities are ranked #1 and #2 in both unhappy living and obesity. Manchin, Rahal, Jenkins are merely greedy aholes who care nothing about the well being of the residents or the states providence. Even at the local level our mayor is Marshall Reynold's bitch and slumlords have free-reign to do whatever they please. Wanna make a point? DONT VOTE!!!

I would think the Toyota plant qualifies as a "business of note". Sogefi as well. As to nobody at the Federal level watching? There have been any number of elected officials tried by the US attorney's offices in WV, especially over the last 25 years.

We don't and never have had the money to compete with big states for major plants. We won't approve the bonds to do infrastructure repair and replacement.

West Virginians will cut off their nose to spite their face every time.

Time for new blood, new ideas and most of all new jobs. We need tax breaks and stimulus to bring new industry to WV. Voting with Obama policies has only gotten us the greatest debt our country has ever faced.

Even Jenkins is not new blood. Ask anybody in Huntington or charleston. Remember 6 months ago he was a DEMOCRAT.

Thursday drinking coffee, scanning newspaper, and listening to local TV , I heard the word "LIAR"! Congressman Rahall was the target.
Evan Jenkins appeared giving his approval for the political advertisement. As a youngster, in our home, "liar" was considered profanity. Reveal the lie and be specific.
UMWA's Sam Church, top leadership position, was active in a physical altercation. This resulted with negative attention from major newspapers.
Evan Jenkins has served in Charleston several years. No solid economic improvement has resulted during his tenure benefiting WV. Will tactless language be voiced at the "political powers" in Washington? Will impertinent unmannerly remarks be successful collecting economic relief for West Virginians?
The state politicians, in Charleston, are responsible to utilize the federal money received. Nick Rahall has a proven record of sending tax money "back home". Representative Rahall has maintained an unwavering pace providing for WV citizens. Have the "local politicians" (Evan Jenkins) performed adequately?

Jenkins. Was a lousy democrat turned republican just to run with guaranteed backing from Kochs. He's banking on everyone outside Cabell county who doesn't know him to vote anti Rahall. Lives off old family money and influence but has produced nothing himself. No thanks. I'll stick with nick one more time and I'm a republican.
