The city makes mucho tax money from money spent at Marshall games, and around the area on game days, from restaurants to gas to hotels to shopping. 30,000 people getting out of their house 6 times a year to spend their money is a big deal. A lot of the drinking occurs on private property: yes they walk on public sidewalks, however if you stopped it, the city and Marshall would cost itself and only itself. If you don't like it, don't come. Long term, giving 100 dui's in 1 weekend would not be profitable for the city.

What about setting an example? It is ok to break the law on certain days? Hmm, sounds odd to me. I do not care if other stadiums allow it or not. This is Marshall and we are supposed to be better than that.

You are saying that 100 dui's would not be beneficial to the city? Tell that to a victim of someone who has been affected by a drunk person.

You go, girl. We will be waiting for the exciting conclusion with bated breath.

Eww. That's creepy. I've seen some guys there always looking at our daughters who are only 13 and 15. Weirdos. I'm going to have the security and police alerted about these men.
