I watched a guy at the 16TH Street McDonald's sneeze in my drink, put the lid on it and turn around and hand it to me. I haven't went back there since.

I heard the same thing about Max & Erma's, they're Infested with Roaches.
My friend works at another business in Pullman and they told me all about it, it's a on going problem.

I worked at Gino's long, long ago and it wasn't bad at all. Can't say now what it looks like now inside one, but I'll say this...about two years ago I was served food from the Walnut Hills Gino's that...I cannot even say what was wrong with it, but whoever did such a thing to food absolutely had a mental problem. I really can't even bring myself to say what they did, but it could have been used as evidence in court to have them put in a home, it was that crazy and bizarre. Never ever would I eat there again.

I agree. I used to work in a kitchen with this one NUTBAG that would come in every frickin' day, find some excuse to get mad, throw a crackwhore fit back in the kitchen and every DAMN time, she'd "accidently" knock a big pot of BOILING water or soup off the stove and onto the floor. I didn't work there very long, because that crazy bitch was just too dangerous to be around. She was there when I left, and I imagine there's been a few people really seriously hurt by her actions. She'd do it every day and then the line would just stop cause we had to clean up her damn mess, and she'd sneak off and smoke and laugh about it. There's good hardworking people in kitchens, and then you got THAT kind, and that's a lot of the problem.

Ok one horrible story I have about Golden Corral I saw one of those big families not paying attention to their kids at the feeding troph. One of the kids was taking the lid off the ketchup botlle licking it and putting it back on the bottle. Yuck yuck yuck.

Kitchen staff does stuff to the food at Downtown Red Lobster you would not beleive. Used to work there. Most disgusting crap hole in town. DO NOT EVER EAT ANYTHING with shrimp in it there. Just don't.
I was going to say Red Lobster myself! My ex used to work there and he told me that of the night...they dont take their trash out. the leave it in overnight and take it out during the day! I understand they dont want the bums running in after hours while they are cleaning...but when it is so bad there are flies in the resturant during lunch, which is what I saw when I went there ONCE! Ugh it was gross and the dining area and a faint smell of trash, tons of flies and was falling apart! Sad to see such a nice resturant falling apart and turing sour :/ Is Candy still a manager there, anyone know?

If you look at the statistics, only 15.3% of West Virginians have a college degree. The remaining 84.7% of the population is more likely to have poor hygiene, poor work ethic, drug addiction, etc.

It's not surprising that they do these kind of things to food.

Wow. Well, no surprise...WV is at the bottom of that list. America First, I know you're right. It nearly kills me to admit it, but isn't it a damn shame that lack of higher education sort of guarantees a kind of deep-seated resentment toward society? Maybe once a YEAR I'll eat fast food. And I never feel good later if I do. Once in a blue moon, we'll eat in a higher priced restaurant,(and I still feel like I'm taking a chance). The reason is this...lower-educated people work in the kitchens. Many (not all, but MANY) view the customers out front as "more fortunate" than they, and they resent it. I think it's this feeling of "class hatred" that is the main cause of a lot of the dirty things done to people's food. Personally, I don't think anyone in Huntington could call themselves upper-class, as we are ALL struggling, but I think you know what I mean. You brought up a good point...does lack of education=disgusting food habits? I vote a loud "YES".

Omg no they don't care because they don't get paid anything for the crap they have to do and putting up with people like u that think their better I don't care how much education you have or don't have we all put our pants on one leg at a time and theirs plenty of educated people that work at these places bc there's no where else to work in this shit town !

Two nasty stories. I was drinking at Chilis at the mall and found a small earthworm in my drink. The manager said it must have came from the lemon in my tea.
Was eating at Max & Erma's and a roach crawled across the booth behind us.

Wow. You really put me in my place. You are right. There is almost no employment, and what is available is mostly pretty lousy. No wonder you feel so angry. I've worked in plenty of kitchens. I don't have much of an education. I admit all that. I still say a very high number of people who work in the food industry seem to think as you do. They feel incredibly resentful, they seem to hate the people that are coming in to eat in the restaurants, and I think that's the number one reason a lot of them do nasty things with the food. Or maybe they do that at home, too, and think it's normal. My opinion and you're entitled to yours. Your comment does seem to enforce what I said about class resentment, unfounded or not. And as to being better...I am better than a few people, in some ways. And I bet you are, too. :)
