You hit the nail on the head. Their charges are too high and the programing is repetitive. I know the programing is beyond their control,but they do have some influence and could effect some changes. But, their telephone and interest service is good enough for me to stay with them for the time being.

I dropped cable TV more than a decade ago. Of course now I just watch whatever the people I am bumming off are watching. I don't like to watch too much cause it just kills time, motivation and brain cells.

ESPN is back on. They are doing major upgrades to the entire system. Improvements are being made weekly. Go to satelite for a good price for the first 6 months then get stuck with a 2 yr contract and no tv when it rains.

internet sucks... always cuts in and out and they blame it on my router because i bought my own and wont rent one from them... they suck!

Comcast upgraded entire system from DOCSIS 2 to DOCSIS 3, if you are having that kind of problem, call and get a trouble call, could be interior wiring for sure.

I don't believe I've EVER paid the price they gave me at signing up. They are so over priced. My internet is off more than it's on and I rent mine from them.

Comcast sucks most people use comcast because they can not pass the credit checks for dish or direct tv--the prices for basic came is 70 dollars unless you want to pay 20 dollars and all you get is a few channels. They know that people in wv can not affored satelite so they raise prices.

Heck they probably did. I think its ridiculous that thy put CMT and GAC on a special package. They're taking it way too far if they did that with ESPN too. I would switch if my cable wasn't included in my rent.

i get 180 channels plus on demand and internet all for 85 a month im happy :) plus dish dropd amc and i need that for walking dead dish makes u pay 20 more for that channel now thats bs

Is that through comcast? I have cable as part of my rent, but I pay $45 just for their Internet.

yes its through comcast i did have suddenlink but where i moved suddenlink isnt available and cable didnt have the deal i needed i have cable and internet through comcast and love it

Comcast sucks, I recently activated my service with them and within the first week I was on the phone with them over a dozen times. The sales department lied to me, the tech lied as well, their billing department lied, and then a supervisor lied. I had charges on my account that the billing dept was unable to see. The tech said that the hdmi port doesn't work on 99% of there boxes. I find that a little hard to believe. I guess he didn't want to go get another one. Another box has been ordered, but I am yet to receive it. I was supposed to receive a call back from two supervisors that never happened. I wasn't told about activation fees until after activating account. The sales rep wasn't supposed to charge one of the fees. I could go on and on and it has only been 6 days. Thank goodness they have a 30 day money back guarantee
