Harry's is fiction magic. Christ's is nonfiction miracles witnessed by many who went to their death without ever having recanted. And the Romans who crucified him then turn around and start a belief system based on someone you claim never existed? They must have had record of his existence as well as his miracles for them to do so, especially with them at one time considering him being a former enemy of the state. Its just no coincidence. This is unparalleled in the history of mankind.

If not recanting is criteria there's a million other religions that fit that bill. What isn't a coincidence is that ancient people made up fantastic stories about their religions. Preachers still do it. They just can't be as fantastic as the old ones because you can't get people to believe nonsense like parting an ocean or walking on water these days. It's so weird those "miracles" stopped happening. Is god camera shy?
There are still miracles happening but they're usually of a healing nature. The 6th day war of 1967 was basically a miracle. Israel was outnumbered 1000 to 1 in tanks, planes, soldiers, etc. and rolled to victory in not a year but 6 days. And this rebirth of the nation was a prophesy in itself fulfilled.

Jesus himself could descend from the clouds with a mighty trumpet and libs would swear its just a weather phenomenon. We're preaching to the choir from hell.

How many are you guilty of?
1. Tattoos - Leviticus 19:28
2. Rounded haircuts - Leviticus 19:27
3. Men with injured or cut off private parts entering into houses of God - Deuteronomy 23:1
4. Consulting psychics - Leviticus 19:31
5. Gossiping - Leviticus 19:16
6. Wives helping out their husband in a fight - Deuteronomy 25:11-12
7. Eating a ham sandwich - Leviticus 11:7-8
8. Children cursing their parents - Exodus 21:17
9. Getting remarried after getting divorced - Mark - 10:11-12
10. Working on the Sabbath - Exodus 31:14-15
11. Women speaking in houses of God - 1 Corinthians 14:34-35
12. Eating shrimp, lobster, and other assorted seafood - Leviticus 10:10-11
13. Losing your virginity before getting married - Deuteronomy 22:20-21
Think of this the next time you use the Bible to justify your hatred of another.
My husband had part of his privy part cut off, God said he would not be held accountable for it, for he was so small when it happened. But lordy, lordy! even after his circumsion at birth, the Lord has blessed me with a rather large HUGO. The "Bible" as you put it, may have forbade it, but the Lord forgave those with the knife that did it, trust me Remliel!

LoL. That's your miracles? So would the story of the Greeks 300 be a miracle too?
Again did your god get camera shy or did he use up all of his big miracles? What's his limit?
Even among christians the modern day miracle seems to be up for debate. For example, my grams goes to The Church of Christ and they do not believe in modern day miracles. You can google that if you would like additional info & the scripture they reference.

It is my personal belief that God can do miracles anytime. He is omnipotent. There is no bag of tricks that have a limited amount of & He simply ran out.

Some report having experienced miracles. I personally have not been so blessed, but He blesses my socks off in so many other ways.

Lastly, Revelations speaks of miracles to come. If we around at this time we will see God's hand without a doubt. My favorite one mentioned is the two witnesses preaching. They will have the power to strike with fire. They will die and be in the street for days while noone buries them. Then they are resurrected. That will surely be site to see!!!

Some believe their appearence in itself is a miracle. They believe it will be the two that never died a mortal death (at least on earth) but where taken up alive.I think one was was Elijah but forgot the other ones name.I dont think it was Moses though.

How many of you "Christians" are guilty of judging others? Where is that sin in your list of things you shouldn't indulge? Oh, I get it, you left that one out because YOU and 99% of the rest of the "Christians" are guilty of judging others when the Bible clearly states that is God's place, no one elses! I love how all you Christians are sooooooo quick to judge and condemn others of sins but fail to see the ones you commit on a regular basis and I am fairly sure NEVER asked for forgiveness for such actions!
<quoted text>
Well genius if they didnt judge you for your sins then they would have no need to witness to you would they? Or maybe you like indulging in your sins along with all the rest who enable you in those sins and cant or dont try to get you to see the error of your ways. If you had a child would you rather they be influnced by a young christian child who at least tries to refrain from sin or would you prefer they run around with friends that indulge themselves in any and everything? Lets hear your BS lying excuse for the latter just to support your earlier BS response.

<quoted text>But osiris was a mythical god wannabe that nobody laid eyes on.Jesus was witnessed by many as well as his miracles, resurrection, crucifix tion, resurrection, ascension,re appearrence on pentacost. And for good measure the romans who crucified him ended up basing a belief system on someone you say is a myth? They must've had some record of it then. And its kinda ironic that not only did he fulfill old testament prophesies conserning his place of birth but also his scourging, bones not being broken upon his death, his water(plasma) mixing with his blood at his death, etc. And if thats not all then over 80 prophesies out of 130 already have been fulfilled with the rest concerning his 2nd coming.Thats a pretty good rate.Over 100% thus far.
Jesus is the life, truth, and the way.
No questions about it. The Lord is thy Shepard. I shall not want.
