....why does it matter if concerned&pissed works there? does it matter, really? there is too many places in Huntington that employers dont drug test&why is that? or if they do drug test they "overlook" it. drugs have turned good people bad&if it comes from work places I would be concerned&pissed too

Who cares? Do you pay their bills? Nope! Then mind your own business. At least they work and support themselves. I personally do not do drugs but that is my choice because regardless of what you think this is a free country. Petty pricks with no lives of their own posting things that in no way concern them are the bread and butter of this website. What if you worked there and did not use drugs but your wife saw this post about how 95% of the people there are on drugs? Screw you better than everyone pricks.

Those ur own words! Well if you have nothing to hide from your own wife and don't do drugs then why would you or her care if she sees this post?? There is noone better than anyone so why get ur panties in a bunch? I may add there are a lot of places in Huntington&surrounding areas that don't drug test after you are hired so just picking on this one certain employer is not fair :-\

are you high or do you just not proof read what you write? Also why should businesses have to drug test their employees? I am not drug tested because my employees respects my rights and privacy and I respect them enough not to be a drug addict. If, however, I did find myself having a drug problem I could go to them for a company sponsored rehab during which time my wages would still be paid and I would have no fear if repercussions.

I replied to your quote first of all jacka** that you sound more concerned with your wife finding this forum if you don't have anything to hide why worry about her reading it? Secondly it has nothing to do with employers respecting your rights they should be watching their backs&company from say an accident due to being under the influence of a controlled substance..luckily that hasn't happened yet but it will eventually and then what happens just sayin so proof read this smart a** sure did step on your toes sooo sorry maybe company sponsored rehab should be discussed periodically.interact with employees and be aware of signs and so on
oh my

A company not drug testing their employees is fine if those employees are working on computers, talking on the phone, and pushing paper around a desk. Some of us work in industries where we can be killed on the job, and not from an infected paper cut mind you. I am an electrician and work in industrial plants quite often. I work on or around electrical equipment with voltages ranging from 120VAC to 4160VAC everyday (sometimes around much higher voltages), around rotating machinery, heavy equipment, overhead cranes, and many more deadly hazards. My job requires that I pay attention to what I am doing 100% of the time. It also requires that the people working around me do the same. I don't need some pill head on my job site dazed and confused and wondering where he can get some more oxys all the while putting me and everyone else at risk of injury. Our job sites have drug testing and blood alcohol testing, the way it should be. My only complaint is they don't do it often enough as we have a few slipping through the cracks.

So you can go on about how your employer respects your privacy and all that. Just remember some people work for a living, real work. Real work involves tools and machines and has a potential of injury. For those of us that do the real work, we're not concerned with the privacy rights of a pill head or meth junkie, we are more concerned with making it home safely at the end of the day. My right to a safe work place far exceeds another's right to snort oxys.

. Thank you Union Guy my point exactly and I would like to clarify that level one is a business that does use machinery such as drills&lathe machines amongst others. Too many companies are letting the drug&alcohol testing fall through the cracks or are not even doing it at all and that is attributing to saying oh its ok go ahead do your drugs and then everyone wonders why the world is not doing anything to help take care of the problem. I believe EVERY company whether it be mcdonalds, a gas station, level one, or whatever needs to contribute to the war on drugs by random& mandatory drug testing!!! But union guy said it very well Thanks!!
