You are a piece of trash you may not have a record but that doesn't mean anything other than you didn't get caught. There is not one single person on planet earth that hasn't made a mistake that is unless your name is Jesus and you also can't sit in judgement of anyone unless your name is God. everyone deserves a second chance just because someone made a mistake doesn't mean they should spend the rest of their lives paying for it.

You might try manpower , I don't know their policies now but it use to be a good way to get your foot in the door and eventually being a good worker will overshadow your record.

That's one way to rationalize your sins and make excuses for yourself so you can stand to live with yourself. Leopards don't change their spots. You are who and what you are and you always will be.

Can you not have these things expunged from your record? Looks to me like after 7 years, they can be expunged if you've never committed another crime similar to those. Good luck!!
Yes,things can be expunged, you need and attorney, some might charge like 50.00 to do it. A woman attorney told me that one day sitting in the courthouse, I heard her telling someone else about it and I ask her to say that again so I could hear it all and thats what she said, talked as if it were pretty easy, Good Luck, I think everybody deserves another chance to better themselves.

They also hire drug attic‘s. People just been released from federal prison. There managers are married to other people and sleeps around with each other on the job. Even had employees steal from companies that they clean for, they still have their jobs. Owner just move them to another building to clean. You fit in perfectly there, although I don’t know your sobriety will take it because the drug attic‘s love to do drugs on break! Owner does not care what you do as long as buildings get done within the certain timeframe!

Choosing a career in crime isn't something you "come back" from.
Nobody can make your choice invalid, no matter how big of a dumbass they are.
It's too late to get scared now.

I used to be a manager at Wendys. I knew of 3 felons working there. One had done time for a murder. All 3 of them were probably the best workers I had. Whatever these people have done, they did their time for it. They did what they were supposed to do by doing their time. They are out now. Which means they are a part of the free world again. Let them do what free people do now. They have already been punished. Stop continously punishing them for something they have already paid for

Heres something for ex cons to look in on. Doors were shut in my face due to being a felon. So i got it established by mental health professionals that i was mentally and emotionally unstable due to all that prison time i did. I now have bipolar and schizoid diagnosis. Im now getting a check every month. Can i work? Of course i can. Thats is not my problem. Employers didnt want to give me a chance because of something i did over 20 years ago. So i did what i had to do and manipulated the system. And now i get paid for doing nothing. For you self righteous better than tou that feel felons should keep on being denied oppurtunity after clearly paying their depts, hows it make you feel im niw being paid to do nothing at your expense?

I've been reading this thread. Started by a person named Tim back in 2012. All of us have made bad decisions in our lives. The real crime is not growing past it. Apparently Tim learned some things the hard way. Which is better than not learning at all. For those who made comments indicating he should continue paying for his bad choices that he wants to move on from, you are the real problem in all this. Not Tim. The problems he was a part of that got him jammed up in the first place are things he has already been held accountable for. I just hope for Tim now that by this point he has managed to get hired by some forgiving employer, and been given whatever opportunities to be productive. Best wishes to you Tim

I agree with this. People need good work done and someone dependable. Go this way and work your way up.
Eventually get a business license and insurance. Hire a couple helpers. You will do great.
