Person Injury Attorney

I was on the balcony of a business, not a local one, and I leaned upon the railing of the balcony. Well, the railing was not secured to the balcony, it was just sitting there with no screws, nails, or anything, so as soon as I touched it, it gave way and I fell to the ground with it. I've been in the hospital for weeks now and, while there is plenty of insurance coverage, the company is not willing to settle. They are saying they had no duty to secure the railing. I need an attorney, but can not afford one. Are there any attorney's around who will take a case without an up front fee?
