Has anyone else who has Comcast cable and the BRAVO Channel on 71 have no audio for the past few days. I called Comcast and all they said was "SO".

Comcast sucks balls. They won't fix your problems. You'd be better off switching to anything else.

So many problems with Comcast and their terrible customer service. I am thinking about switching to Direct TV.

I watch Bravo (channel 71) every day, even if just scrolling through favorite channels function, and I have had no problems with the audio. I just re-checked it a minute ago, when I read your post, and it is working fine.

Did they actually say that to you? If so, you need to ask for their supervisor next time.

South side...its working here. just checked for you. No problems. Tech came out last year and did some repairs to my wiring. Fixed everything. No problems since. It did cost me a few bucks since the wiring was installed when the house was built and not by Comcast , but after the issue was resolved i couldnt be happier with them. The internet is fast as can be now also.

You just have to hit the button on the Comcast remote that is labeled "LANG" and that should fix the problem when there is only one channel that has lost its audio.

I'm in MN, and until last week I recieved Bravo just fine via cable plugged directly into TV and into VCR. Suddenly, the VCR no longer picks up sound, but the TV continues to broadcast with sound.

It's not Comcast. The uplink from the DC2 signal at the hits center had an error.

I have been having the same problem with Bravo and E!TV (channel 55). The rest of the channels work fine.
