I hope who ever did that to their child is thinking about it every minute! It was mean and cruel and they need to spend the rest of their lives in jail so that they can think about it more! No child should have that happen to them! He was just a baby! That person(s) is really mentally sick and needs to be off the streets!!!

So, is it a criminal or a mentally unstable person? Or is it a crime to have mental issues?
The West Virginia cops are idiots. The mother will never be found unless she turns herself in.
Prolly won't happen.
These backwood-inbred-hilljacks think mental disease is a crime. We all know that's a lie. So the idiot saying it is has a mental problem-Can't tell a sickness from a crime. I'll bet anything he/she is a native born Hilljack.

Are you talking about the fetus found today? It wasn't a newborn, not even close. It was a miscarried fetus.

Why does a mother killing her child automatically make people suspect mental illness? women are just as capable of evil while sane as a man.

it was a baby....fetus is a term liberals use to justify killing the unborn

No, fetus is a MEDICAL term. A baby would imply that they found a corpse...they did not. They found the results of a miscarriage.

the mother is prob a young girl who is scared. she may be in desperate need of medical help. as the article stated charges will not be filed. it seems to be a simple case of a miscarriage. this does not seem to be the deliberate act of murdering a child. you cant even say it was a deliberate abortion because there are so many places the mother could have gone to in order to have it done without charge. i pray the mother is found and is ok. she may need to at least be seen by a therapist, i know how i would feel having lost a baby.

I see your mouth is still running over with uneducated simplicity. Do you realize how ignorant you come across to anyone reading your posts? Yes, I believe you do. You are not here to add anything useful to a conversation. You just want to be 'noticed'. Something terrible must have happened to you in your life for you to need attention so badly?? I think, perhaps, we should not only ignore you (as most do) but, also, pity you. Yes.. I am making fun of you. You make it so easy to do. lol

Ha! Again you say nothing about the article. Again you attack me personally. I have my own troll. Is it reallt annoying to know you don't matter? Or do you enjoy knowing without me you are nothing?
As for the dead fetus, I hope the mother survives.

That is incredibly rare. 99% babies born that prematurely don't survive. The point is that this was a miscarried fetus, not a murdered baby or even a fetus past the point of viability.

Medically, the stages of development are zygote>>blastocyst> >>embryo>>>fetu s. Baby is an emotional, not scientific, term during pregnancy. You can call it a baby at any point that you want in YOUR pregnancy but medically, what they found was a fetus, not a baby. That's the distinction I am trying to make.

At 12-16 weeks, the fetus they found would have had NO chance of survival.

"Most babies at 22 weeks are not resuscitated because survival without major disability is so rare. A baby's chances for survival increases 3-4% per day between 23 and 24 weeks of gestation and about 2-3% per day between 24 and 26 weeks of gestation. After 26 weeks the rate of survival increases at a much slower rate because survival is high already." - "Chances for Survival," University of Wisconsin Medical School, 2004-APR-22, at: http://www.pediatrics.wisc.edu/

So if it is called a fetus this makes everything fine? Does it make you sleep better at night to know that someone out there is hurt emotional and maybe physically? Technically when I was pregnant I didn't go around and say - "guess what - I am pregnant with a fetus." Usually people just call it a baby. Damn! A baby was found. A woman needs help. If she doesn't come foward it is probably because she is scared, but doesn't realize how much danger she can be in. I pray that she finds medical attention soon.

Yes, a baby NOT born alive is still just a fetus. Medical term. Only christians and other religious idiots ignore medical termanology and substitute the word "Baby" when they mean "fetus".
I expect that from idiots.

Lol! You slap that it in there just to see how many people would come crawling at you with more harsh words to defend their religious beliefs ... I am the wrong person to try and pick a fight with. I value my religion therefore I really don't care if you stoop to name calling because I said the word "pray" ... like that's funny to me because your so serious about it!

An early term miscarriage usually isn't life threatening so if she hasn't gone to the hospital herself, she's probably fine.

And if she is hurting emotionally, launching a police investigation and a huge dicussion on topix as to whether or not she miscarried or killed her baby certainly is not going to help her heal.

Whoever she is, she probably just wants to move past this. You'd think by this thread that some of you don't even know what a miscarriage is.

Now Back To Miami,a lady who was 22 weeks went to a abortion clinic, she was given drugs to induce labor so the doctor could preform a partial birth abortion where he inserts a ice pick into the baby's brain to kill it, But the doctor was later and the lady gave birth sitting on a table, so the so called nurse cut the cord placed the live BABY in a zip lock bag and threw it in the trash..........Murder charges are pending againest the nurse and doctor
