She constantly bragged about being drunk for her parole officer visit and bragging about being wasted and getting laid while drunk, and everyone on her page is laughing and telling her how funny she is. Now look at what your enabling comments gets you.

It was the same person everytime she was talking about sex. Yea she got drunk, but that was better than the alternative. She did have a good sense of humor. Yes she is gone but she made my life really good for the last month. Talkn trash if you want to, she went too far the night she died but outside of that she was good.

You act like there is a problem with having a good time, yeah ok so she liked to drink, but she still had a heart and a son whom she loved, don't judge her, honesty I don't think she cared about what ppl thought of her, she was who she was and happy in her life!

Sad situation for her family. But I don't see how she was happy with her own lifestyle or this never would have happened.

She wasn't happy with how she was living. I was with her almost everyday since she moved back here in December. She was always talking about not going back down this path and staying away from that environment. She slipped up, because that stuff is ultra addictive and it took her life. I talk to her mom and son everyday and you have no idea how bad they miss her. I've known her for about 14 years and we had ups and downs, but we had never been closer than we were now. It hurts and stings that she's gone, but I'll always love her and she'll always have a special place in my heart and life.

Please do not speculate on how she died we do not know for sure and yes I am a family member and I do not usually come to these sites but her brother has brought this to my attention no matter what happened to our Megan she is no longer with us and we should respect her as a human and for the love of god let her rest in peace and thank you to everyone who has said kind words about her and for those of you who have not she was a daughter, sister, mother, niece granddaughter cousin and friend I'm sure you all maybe or have one of those and I pretty sure you would not want their name smeared on a site like this I love you Megan and you are with your aunt Tina grandfather and god now so wait for us and watch over our shoulders

I'm sorry to inform you of this but I'm a family member of Meagan's too and yes, she did die of an overdose. Its true that she was trying to get her life back on track BUT we all know with an addiction that is hard to do without deep therapy/counseling and a support system of family/friends/NA meetings and so forth. Meagan didn't have that. She was partying with her own Aunt 2 days before she OD!! She didn't have a good group of friends to count on or help her when she was having a hard time dealing with her issues, not sober ones anyway. I'm not saying her friends didn't care about her but friends wouldn't give you drugs if they knew you were trying to get sober. Meagan's overdose resulted from her trying to get clean and then when she started using again she went back to the amount she use to need to get high but didn't realize that her body couldn't handle that. The man Dante, he had a part in it too and I hope he fries for what he did!! Actually I would be OK if all of the Detroit drug dealers were taken out! The police should just line them up and get the firing squad out like they use to do in the good o'l days! That would run them out of town and then Huntington could be the town it use to be. Quiet, safe, and humble. Its sad that Meagan was lost in such a tragic way and I pray for her son everyday that he doesn't realize exactly what his Mommy was doing when she was taken away . It breaks my heart and my family will forever miss Meagan but I just pray God had mercy on her soul and knows that she was a good person on the inside even though she didn't make the right choices all the time. Let her rest in peace and please family, accept the fact of what Meagan did and how she does so that we may all find peace in this and realize that just because she had a drug problem didn't make her a bad person, it just made her a troubled one that we loved anyway. RIP Meagan!! I love you!!

Yeah, sure. Maybe she did that, and that isn't a good thing to do. However, it doesn't change the fact she truly was a good person, so don't try to tell me or anyone else she wasn't. She made efforts to stay clean, but temptation (And peer pressure, I bet) got to her. Really, no person can walk without flaw. If you want to point them out, go ahead. Ignore the fact what you're doing can be hurtful and it's also rude and uncalled for. That last part, I just can't tell how much that burns me up. Yes, I clearly see what happened. It doesn't mean to rub it in our face. If you aren't going to be mature and be understanding, please, do go somewhere else. You aren't needed or wanted here.
