You can take a home test about two wks after ovulation and get pretty accurate results. That being said, if you're not testing positive on a home text you don't need to worry about nutrition for the baby bc it's not implanted in the uterus if its not secreting hcg. Take a home test, trust those results until you see your doc. Btw I'm not a doctor or health professional so this is just my advice. I do however have two kids and have done a lot of reading bc I have a crazy cycle too. Try to relax and enjoy the holiday and if you're too stressed continue the workout but increase nutrition until you hear for sure.

Thank you so much for the response! I am just so nervous! I just don't want to give up dieting because I have worked so hard to lose this weight but I don't want to do anything that could harm the child!

You're not eating enough calories to begin with. No one should ever eat less than 1000-1200. It puts your body into "starvation mode" and basically deprives your brain of nutrients. Honestly I think you just need to chill out with the dieting and all that stuff. Just eat healthy (keep track of calories and percents of the three macronutrients), get off all your medications, and you (and your potential baby) will be fine.
