What store gave them money for the returned product?? Is there no procedure in place to keep this from hspening?? If the store policy went against some type of government procedure they too should be held accountable

This makes me sick. How could this happen? Who would give cash back for a wic purchase? More often than not you can tell a person that is using meth is on some type of drug just by their appearance and behavior. I hope these two people are in jail for the rest of their lives.

I would like to see them starved to merely the maximum amount of days possible for a human and then fed one piece of bread or one meal and then re-starved and repeat till they merely die! This is a sad as shit! Like other posters stated, WHY did the store refund the formula? I think the store should be held responsible also if it is against WIC policy.

The saddest thing of it all, is they will wake up when the drugs wear off and they will realize what they did and probably feel really shitty, which they should! BUT ABOVE ALL... STARVE THEM!!

If they took it back without a receipt the store could not tell if it was bought with wic.

I can't imagine WIC still supplying formula for a 20 month old child. Apparently, they were getting nutritional food for this child with the vouchers and trading it for drugs. The poor child probably ate what he could find. They should give these worthless idiots the same treatment. I'm sure they won't miss a meal in jail. The sad part is that it goes on everyday in our wonderful little town and everyone just turns their heads including CPS! When will there be a voice for these children of worthless drug addicts? Ask yourselves what you would do if you saw some form of abuse or neglect from these no good white trash people living in our communities! Would you turn a blind eye because that child was wearing rags and was all dirty and nasty? We have to watch out for these little kids, we have to be the ones to take a stand, because we all know CPS won't!

Years ago I was in line at Walmart, actually it wS the old one at the old east drive in where HIMG is now and someone was trying to take back their wic formula and Walmart would not take it, said the numbers were all wrong and not theirs and was Wic. they wouldn't take them back for exchange. Don't know how they did it in the future but at leAst back then it was not allowed

iI agree with others.THe store should be held responsible also for the simple fact that it states on the receipt"wick".W hy did they give money back when is against wic policy.T he store should definitely be checked out. Also if you get a medical card for your child they send you letters to get check ups and most important of all.......sometimes you take the child to wic appointments to get weighed and checkups .This precious child suffered and died because of stupid people that didn't care and worthless druggie parents.

This boils my blood over. I just watched the news and it said that they fed the baby regular milk. This gave the baby brain.damage and killed the baby. I mean what the hell is wrong with this world. A poor little baby could not help that its mom and dad are useless. Their priorities should have been their baby. This boils my blood. Stupid freaking people. You have to feed a baby great milk or special milk. Not regular milk. Please any mothers reading this think about your baby first and get educated on what procedures need followed to have a healthy baby. Please be a fit mother and put your baby first.

I know of a couple that had a daughter about 25 years ago. I remember when she was born the parents just gave the baby cow milk from the store and said they couldn't afford the similac. The girl had a lot of medical problems growing up and I am convinced that the reason was not having the necessary nutrients as a baby.

Eye for an eye. That poor baby didn't have a chance. Malnourished and in a house where they cooked method. The house he lived in was burned to the ground after him and his grandpa died weeks apart. Carla would enjoy being raped in prison stupid cnt. I still don't understand why no one noticed this poor baby. WIC? Doctors? Family? Friends? Neighbors? Passerby's? No baby is still on formula at 20 they don't even cover the toddlers formula. Something just doesn't add up. I really believe they killed him with the meth lab but aren't telling the cops that.
