They don't care about the drugs anymore! But they will stop you from selling snacks and pop to your fellow employees!
Quit forcing people to work 80 hours a week and see if that doesn't improve your quality and productivity!
Oh yeah, they don't care about quality until the customer ships it back after it doesn't meet their quality expectations!
Went from "Worlds Leading Producer" to "Laughing Stock of Nickel Industry" thanks to your new way of managing!

I got an offer to work there but I decided to do a little digging first. I work hard, don't do drugs, am honest, dependable, fast learner and don't like to be invovled in workspace drama. After reading some of these posts I have decided not to take employment there. From what many people say here it seems like people waste a lot of time worrying about what other people are doing instead of worrying about yourself and the task assigned to you, the impact you make as an employee and your dedication. I don't want to work there and outshine certain individuals to be frowned upon because I bust my ass or exceed company expectations. If you are not happy there you can go get another job, don' t sit there and ridicule the place , after all they gave you an opportunity and it's up to you to show your full potential. Basically I don't want to leave my current job in chance that I may get laid off in the near future because I don't believe there is teamwork there based on the biased postings here and that could be detrimental to the future of Special Metals Industry. I don' t want to devote myself and not be noticed for my hard work and dedication as well. If I am wrong about what I say and someone can tell me this is not the case I would gladly accept employment there and can guarantee the I will devote myself completely to any task givin to me at Special Metals. Good luck to you all and hopefully things will come along well for future success. Thank you for reading and best regards.

Do yourself a favor and take the job. I know someone who has been there 40+ years. But you best be willing to put in the hours, never see your family, and risk being hurt.
