I really believe that Ritzy's is top notch quality for fast food. However, beware of this little trick they pulled on us the other night. We ordered iced tea and it had very little ice and was luke-warm--not cold. When we asked for more ice, we were chared 27 cents and then given only a small cup. Flat out, this is a rip-off and is in my opinion, a pretty dishonest way to do business. No matter how good the food is, who wants to support an establishement that is so full of greed? A place like this deserves to go out of . business
please

No, this is the honest to God's truth. I posted it on here because it was shocked by their greed scam.

Your title made me think that maybe there was mouse shit in your sandwich or something, and you're on here telling us to "beware" a 27 cent ice cup? Jeez, I wish this was all I had to complain about.

Think about it...if Sid Torlone will cheat a customer out of 27 cents, what other corners will he cut?

Yes you're right, surely the iced tea with very little ice was a huge plot to steal 27 cents from you.

OR the iced tea melted the ice in there. Durrrrrrrrr

FOr the first time ever, I agree with MMann too. Are you seriously whining about 27 CENTS for a cup of ice? Pathetic.

I would glady pay 27 cents for a cup of ice. But, iced tea should come with ice....hence the name.

Did you bother to bring it to the attention of the manager? I would of. I would not get online and complain about such a thing but whoever said it that they may be cutting corners elsewhere. I personally have never been to this place but come on 27 cents. You need to get out more.

I doubt Sid Torlone picks up hookers. I hope you can back-up your actions with proof. This amounts to slander and your IT address can be accessed through a court order.

Which location did you go to? When was this? Because I work at G.D. Ritzys and can promise you that we have no charge for ice. There isn't an option even on the register to charge for ice

They charged you for the cup. Cups are inventory, ice is not. I'm sure if you drank some of the tea, then asked for more ice, there would have been no problem.

I love their burgers and fries. Thank you GD Ritzys for serving your community!!!! On my trip through Huntington I would have to say theres many really good food establishments. Focus needs to be more on your Guyandotte area and supporting your businesses in that region of the town however. Guyandotte area should be invested in and shown more improvement. It is the best area in the whole town it has the most value due to the stream water flow and history. Think smarter not harder Huntington wv.
