I am getting ready to buy a house. I want an aggressive realtor who will work with me to get me a good deal! I would appreciate any input on realtors you have experience with (not yourself or your friends/family members).

I'm a licensed Home Inspector in WV and OH and deal with many different Realtors in the area. In order to suggest a Realtor, I would need to know what area you are looking to purchase a home in. There are many good Realtors out there but some are more knowledgable about certain areas.
On a side note, when you do find a home and need to have a Home Inspection, please take a look at my website acfhin.com . It would be my pleasure to assist you in any way I can.

Do it on your own. Not worth what the commission is now. I think its around 7% just way to high. Use remax.com or oldcolony.com and you can find it yourself, negotiate and just contact the titling agent of your choice.

I thought the person selling the home pays. I was told I won't pay a realtor when I am the one buying. Is this true?

I have never done this before. I think name calling is immature and unnecessary. Go elsewhere if you are looking for people to insult.

I just found a really nice house after looking at several that were exactly what I asked for. Ryan buck was my realtor and he is young but very aggressive. I've used a more experienced realtor in the past but sometimes the young "go getters" are the way to go. They are trying to make a name for themselves and will do anything for a sale.

attempted to purchase a home from her years ago, I was in my early 20s and married at the time, she was snotty and acted due to our ago we couldn't afford a $200, 000 home. obviously we could and she just seemed like a c complete arrogant bitch. I dropped her after one showing, and 2 months later closed on my 6 figure home.
