Okay Huntington, it's time for an old fashion throw down. Does the city have room for 2 deli's? Which one is supreme? What are the pros and cons of each?

New York by far. I've had both. They take too long at 3rd & 9th. Also, they are overpriced for the amount of food you get. New York is fast, reasonable and tastes good.

I can say that I've had bagels from both places. The NY ones are for sure better. The 3rd and 9th were kinda stale. Just my 2 cents.

Yes. They just can't seem to get it together. Either they are out of something or they are too slow. Somebody needs to tell Mr. Lizaro to pick up the pace.

Whoever thought it would be a good idea to open a NY Bagel Co, should be kicked in the nuts...just like throwing money out the window!I feel sorry for whoever is paying that loan back!People in Huntington are not going to pay 7 for a bagel and not even have a place to park.If Quizno's couldn't make it there then why in the hell would a bagel shop? That place will be closed in less than a year!

The bagels are acutally not $7. Where did you get your information? Have you seen their prices compared to 3rd & 9th?

to answer the original question, I'll restate it:

Which do you prefer: open restaurants or closed restaurants?

In Huntington, the answer is easy - we obviously prefer them closed!
