This thread is sooo funny! But, truly this might become a real issue. Yea a lot of people talk on their phones but when you work for a company there's more on the line. If something happens, the driver can be sued personally and the company and the company might counter-sued the driver for their loss, not to mention def. will be fired. Maybe they should think about this next time.

Not to mention that these drivers are driving vehicles double or triple the size of most other vehicles on the road.

The UPS and FEDEX drivers need to stay off their cell phones when behind the darn wheel! I am going to record these hooligans and put them on youtube.
So sick of seeing them talk or text on their cells while driving.
It is really happening and I will record them when I get a chance. They may become the next viral video.
Don't these companies have rules against this?
Well put!

Shut up. You record me w/o my permission you will have criminal charges brought on you so fast it'll make your hair fall out.
It is illegal to record people when they are working and without their permission.
If I can legally record an officer of the law in the public (EVEN DURING A STOP) then I sure as goodness can a silly truck driver. I know my rights.

Effective July 1, 2013 talking in a cell phone without a hands free device is a primary traffic offense in WV. Just sayin'.
