The UPS and FEDEX drivers need to stay off their cell phones when behind the darn wheel! I am going to record these hooligans and put them on youtube.

So sick of seeing them talk or text on their cells while driving.

It is really happening and I will record them when I get a chance. They may become the next viral video.

Don't these companies have rules against this?

I have seen the ups driver where I work repetitively talk on his phone as he's pulling in and pulling out of the business where I work. I have seen other companies drivers doing the same. Guess what...no one cares.

Shut up. You record me w/o my permission you will have criminal charges brought on you so fast it'll make your hair fall out.

It is illegal to record people when they are working and without their permission.

Guess you need to read the law. It is a class 2 misdemeanor if you do not have consent.

I think you were on your phone while you were typing topix. UPS is spelled with all capital letters. FedEx is spelled capital F and capital E. Truck is not spelled with all capital letters :)

I always take pictures and as long as you are not driving its legal. Plus send them into the truck companies and then they will lose their jobs.

I will record as well if I get a chance.

We all need to be watching and waiting to record these people. It is against their company policy I bet.

People record police all the time while they are working, so I think you must be wrong. Do your job and deliver packages.

If you're in WV there's no such thing as a class 2 misdemeanor. Nice try.

Drivers are always on a phone. Not just ups but drivers in general. Truck drivers, pizza guy, flower guy, cops, and even your friends that drive. But I must agree that the ups guys need to put the phone down and so should cops. I thought there was a new cellphone law.?? Thank you.
