This is tough for me but I need to get it off my chest.
About 15 years ago I was stuck in downtown Huntington. I was 13 and my mom , a single parent, had to work overtime to make more money for me and my brother. Dad wasn't around and didn't help. I told mom I had a ride so she wouldn't worry but I was going to walk home to the west end. This older man Robert offered me a ride. He seemed like a nice guy and I was dumb enough to take it. He started driving a weird way to my house. Said it was a shortcut. I hate to say it but he molested me that day. I eventually fought him off and got away. I went to the police but they said they knew all about it. Robert had been there with some sort of story about me trying to mug him. He knew some of the officers apparently and they said they'd arrest me for filing a false report if I didn't drop it. I always blamed myself. But with some help I've come to see that he had the problem. I pray for him and hope that kids watch out for guys like this.

know it's a touchy subject. But any additional information would better provide the community the ability to protect itself from this man.

U are wasting your time on here go to the police maybe they can help u more than we can on here and I'm sorry that u had to go through this
