Actually I live on Chase Street, there is a lot of drug activity here. Also the lower end of Chase (the end closest to the west end of town) has had numerous break ins over the last year.

I live there as well. I regret buying my house there. I sleep with a loaded pistol on my nightstand. I've had some weird incidents happen here. The kids at the park are always fighting and starting trouble, had my car broken into, had a crazy kid try to breakdown my door talking about his gmaw dieing (on drugs) and just the other day there were 10 cops at the park and I heard something about a gun being involved. I've lived here for 5 years and have already seen too much. I'll sell you my house!!

You might want to talk the neighborhood up a little if you want to sell your house man.

I grew up there before the park was built. I'm fortunate to live in one of the better neighborhoods in the Southeast hills. Chase street looks really bad since my childhood. It was a great place back in them days.

Bet you're a Slack or a Smith. I certainly agree with you.
