Why do some women choose to get pregnant when they can't support themselves let alone a baby?

I am so tired of working hard all the time it seems yet I can't qualify for any welfare type programs.

At times I wonder why I even bother working and wonder if I would be better off just quitting and signing up for Welfare, Hud, Foodstamps, WIC, etc. Someone tell me life will get better if I just keep working hard. I am feeling very down and defeated.

Well if we force abortions then we wouldn't have to pay for welfare for them. I don't see what's confusing about it.
SWING and a miss. A wide miss.

The op doesn`t want to kill, or abort. The op just doesn`t want to reward or pay for others. If we "force" abortions we will still be paying for others. I find it halirious you jumped over the obvious solution of NOT paying and went striaght to paying for forced abortions.

Try looking at it from a different point of view. You don`t pay a hooker for sex. You pay her to stfu and leave. You don`t pay the inept to stay home and be lazy. You pay the losers to stay the hell out of your way.

Yeah you have to tolerate them the 1st week of every month, but show me a welfare bum and tell me you honestly want them waiting on you at McDonalds or trying to ring you up somewhere while you`re out.

So you're for forced abortions based on income level?
No, I do not want to force anyone to have an abortion. Yes, I am having a feel sorry for me moment.

It is hard to stomach working all the time, barely getting by, and seeing no end in sight. Others who are on assistance are not having the time of their life by any means, but it seems like they are happy with where they are at in life and not having to do anything to get help. It's just given to them. I do not know why they choose to have babies when they are not working to support themselves, let alone a child.

I think I would rather just live off the system. I mean, what kind of fool do you think I am. I always have a fridge full of food, plenty of money in my pocket and a nice car to drive. I actually like the fact that tax payers takes good care of my kids. Keep up the good work. Wink wink

Believe it or not, I paid 24,000 dollars for higher education, work all week at a job I went to college for and still get EBT assistance. The truth is the majority of jobs out there do not pay enough to live off of, even with a college education. But these jobs need to be filled otherwise who is going to check you out at the gas station, ring up your groceries or cut your hair? Not all poor people set on their asses, there are ones who do work...

If your working full time then you should not be eligible for food stamps....unless of course your a breeder who expects me to feed what you can't take care of. Man or woman up and feed your own kids...not my responsibility.

I mean really, who in their right mind goes to school and pays $24,000 and does not get a good enough education to support themselves, stupid much?

I did not go to college and still support my family, know how by working hard and not taking the easy way out.........another waste of space on this planet.

I fully support Everyone out there 'Trying'- doing something; working, school/education, being productive in a positive light for the better of themselves - and/or all the above. I think the 'system' for helping with life, some people deserve. The people who truly need it and/or using the assistance to get on their feet. Yet, The system has failed and/or have people failed or both? I do not support those having children to get all of, or some of these things offered via assistance. That is one percentage that throws off the balance of the whole support system and others who may truly need it can't get the help to get on their feet. The babies made for a living so to speak, It makes me upset that this happens.

I sure will *wink wink.
And a free meal is nothing foolish. I mean living in destitute poverty and then being lifted up to welfare status, one must be a fool not to take that advantage. After all, you have kids to think about. I would call you a fool if you didn`t.

Hahaha!
You know those safety tags on hair dryers and warning labels on plastic bags? Yeah, imagine the person eating packing peanuts and I`ll show you someone who went to college and can`t get a job supporting themself.
You didn`t go to college and you can support yourself. That poster went and can not. This thread is about lazy and/or inept. That poster is stupid, a total different thread. Some people couldn`t support themself with 6 figures.

Thanx.
It`s not much of a silver lining but if you observe the people who come out on the 1st, you`ll actually begin to be in favor of paying them to stay home.

Just because you went to Everest, and received a medical assistant "degree" does NOT mean your college educated! No shit you can't support yourself, your barely making minimum wage to wipe people's ass.. And you paid to have that job. Lord help us lol. Albert Einstein said it best, " only two things are infinite. Human stupidity and the universe, and I'm not sure about the ladder"
