Local Calzone seller owned by a health dept inspector

Who better to run a restaurant than a health inspector? I would expect their establishment to be cleaner and safer than the average place because they should be familiar with all the codes! I'm sure they aren't allowed to inspect their own place of business. I would see this situation as a plus for the consumer rather than a drawback.

Pretty sure all the restaurant inspections are available online. Those include the name of the person who did the inspection. Don't think there's any kind of grand conspiracy going on here; I think you're just looking to start crap.
