I know who you are talking about! Her husband worked here too Mark Smith! He use to help her steal monies and other things. I hope they both get what they deserve.

Does everyone know that most of the upper management, managers, and service coordinators use illegal drugs? Andnow they are starting a new policy to drug screen new employs but mot the old ones. I feel that it is only fair that EVERYONE RANDOMLY gets drug tested. I know people who smoke pot all day long while working at the main office and dont follow most policy while workingbut they kiss the right asses and never get in trouble. Supervisors and managers at Commerce come to work on only God knows what..still have a job .They only get covered up by the big wigs. So here is your challenge Mike Grady and Jimmie Beirne-treat everyone equally..can you two pass a drug test right at this very moment?..i know i can..but canYOU?? can your SUPERVISORS?? i have worked there over a year and have seen so many unethical things...but never been heard. its time for a change if you want to keep the little people

Those of you putting people's names on here has been reported to ASC. So you that took Gina's place will be contacted by management, talk about ASC but giving out employment information is against the rules.

So, what do you all think about them putting cameras in the group homes?

Too bad for abusive thieves but also bad for the people who are renting those homes. Who the heck would rent a house filled with cameras?

Ruth Sullivan must be so proud. I'm sure her vision was to institutionalize ASC by making these peoples homes into a peep show and taking away the "home" enviroment.

They should put cameras in all the offices so they can catch the medicaid fraud going on because management bills for spending time with clients that they never see.

The high ups drive jacquard and BMWs. Offices can smoke but employees in houses must go 8 hours without.
The managers say cameras will see who is sleeping , who is on cell phones and who is leaving early
The managers will check the cameras. Who checks the managers. Who says managers don't steal or work 40 hours. Support staff is treated as expendable. Not treated with much respect. ASC does not understand that a good atmosphere makes the clients happy. Cameras will change that creating a petty atmosphere. Employees won't be happy being yelled at over petty stuff. If the staff is not happy chances are clients wont. But managers will because they will spy until they find something to write staff up and look like they are doing their jobs and of course punish staff they like while brownosers come in late and do nothing.

But they don't realize that drug testing limits their hiring pool and the cameras seem creepy to new hires. New jobs are coming in town and there are several companies doing same work who do not spy on employees.
So while the managers become voyeurs I hope they enjoy the peep show because when the turnover starts they may spend more time in front of cameras then behind them
