but always legislate based on religion. That's highly unconstitutional. You may have heard of "freedom of religion".

They also want to regulate women's bodies, but that's been found unconstitutional numerous times.

Conservatives have fought endlessly against marriage equality. Now we are seeing this discrimination smacked down as a violation of the 14th amendment.

They claim to be fiscally conservative, but cost the taxpayers millions fighting a losing battle for their legislation that's been found unconstitutional time and time again. In that manner, they support the tax and spend clause of the constitution

The coffee shop is too busy to study in, so I'm drinking coffee at my desk. Most of my gay friends are at work right now, so no, I'm not with them.

Nowhere in the constitution does ir state your quote "freedom of religion" ..... The constitution states "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof" therefore. Your liberal Obama administration breaks the constitution by forcing employers, such as hobby lobby etc. To provide birth control at the employers cost, when it clearly suppresses their ability to exercise their religion.

And ye Conservative groups al cry out "freedom of religion" whenever they feel Christianity has been "attacked."

Why is that?

Well, it works, besides we are rewriting the bible as it was written incorrectly to begin with. It ok to have sex with same sex as long as one is not gay like myself.

You are allowed to have whatever belief you want. What you can't do is force your kooky religion on others. Employers are involved with healthcare. Birth control is part of healthcare. Some religions don't believe in any kind of care, should employees of those nuts not be able to see a dr?

A single payer system would remove employers from the equation entirely. You up for that?

Obamacare text that mandates Hobby Lobby CEOs themselves use birth control?
Obamacare text that disassembles the Christian church?

We all "cling" to the Constitution. It's the basis for the American Rule of Law.

We seem to differ on whether the Constitution is a hidebound and rigid document for all time or whether it is a "living" document that responds to the unforeseen changes in American life.

He along with a number of others Harry Reed ,Nancy Polosi ,etc. Yes even people like Bahner , McConel and there little elitest GOP all need Tried for treason. We had a flawed health care system yes but Obamacare is pure disaster and should be repealed for numerous reasons. The only way to get anywhere in life is to work your @$$ off. So grow up stop whining.

Obamacare mandates that employers insurance pay for birth cotrol, including the 'morning after pill" which is strictly against Hobby Lobby's owners religion. Separation of church and state, means that the state shall not infringe on the religious practices of said employer, which they are.

Have you not paid any attention to any of the law suits pertaining to these situations going on?

Noone is forcing an employee to work for said company? Last time I checked, if you don't like the way your boss runs a business, you are free to quit....... Noone is forcing anything on anyone... hobby lobby is and has always been an openly Christian establishment, it is no surprise to anyone as to how it is ran, and the beliefs of the owners... Same as Chick.Fil-A....

Your statements are null and void.

And btw... Its not nice to throw names around... "Kooky" and "nuts" ? Really? Just because someone believes in something? Shows your bigotry and ingorance....

I am aware that the Supreme Court will hear the case this month. Hobby Lobby CEOs aren't using birth control, another person may be. How is that against their religion?

These pro life people fighting health coverage is hilariously ironic.

You finally admitting that the goal is a single payer system? I thought the president said we could keep our plans? Which is it? It cant be both.

No surprise that he delayed the health cate mandate until AFTER the election...which is illegal. A president cant just change laws or dates whenever he feels like it. Thats what seperates us from third world dictatorships...i wouldnt expect anything less from Barack Hussien Obama.

Liberalism on display...
You need to study the constitution a little more chief. Obama is a constitutional lawyer so he may have a slightly better grasp of executive power than some moron who spends his days copying and pasting old debunked stories.

You ready to admit that you lied about the reason your wife lost her job? Or you too just living up on the government's dime?
