Anyone know why you dont hear anything on the police dept frequency did they go digital if so what do you have to do to listen to them again

They move to the State WVIRP digital systems there talk group number is 4109

you can get them on ebay but be prepared to pay anywhere from 4 to 5 hundred for one

Does anyone know the control frequency, I just bought a radioshack digital scanner and need info to program it, it's a Pro 96 and I am using Win96 to program it. Thanks in advance.

Yep. And if you have a droid or iphone you can download the scanner radio app. It uses the radio reference feed.

If u have numbers on the front of ur scanner u can still program without a cable.

You can't pick it up with an average police scanner anymore.

I have`nt had a scanner for years but one frec was155.250 and marshall pd.155.310 I think these were the ones they did use I could be wrong .

I live in south point. Can't get shit here, but I can listen to Ashland and shit. Did S.P change their system. I have a uniden bear at 800or something, I'm not getting up to check.
