To BOTH parts, you're welcome to put some proof up any day now. Any jackass can just accuse someone and grin about it.

So Officer Koher receives one lawsuit and the whole department is stalking the bars? Nohalgerg says there are many complaints and cases, not just one.

And the Koher case is no secret in this area unless you live in a cave.

I didn't know I had to read it to you. It says the fifth in the last year.

5? I thought you were only talking about DUI's. the other four do not have anything to do with DUI's or Kohler. I check on it. I wanted to file suit too, but attorney said I wouldn't win.

Maybe you should get someone to interpret for you. It's the fifth lawsuit, but not the fifth lawsuit pertaining to a DUI stop. Obviously stating there is a rash of complaints and lawsuits in Huntington over DUI stops is bullshit.

So sorry you don't get to roll around town drunk. Since you're too broke to get a cab and have no friends to DD for you, it looks like you'll have to stay home to drink your Natural Light.

Why do they not have DUI check points after marshall football games? Is the jail not big enough?

<quoted text>Why would a cop let someone go that is legally intoxicated? That would be against the law to do so because he has a sworn duty to uphold the law. What is the rest of the story? Did the cops you see letting someone go that was over the legal limit get paid off? Was the person connected somehow?

I think it is you talking out your ass. If you are so vehement against drunk drivers, why did you allow this travesty to happen where a cop allows a drunk driver back on the road?
They typically tell you to call someone to come get you, and possibly have your car towed home. I know three people that have had this happen, and have heard it from cops a couple times that they will occasionally allow them time to get someone there to pick them up. Not if they're stinking drunk of course.
