Ithey even bouther to ask staff what they thought? Just maybe staff has feeling to? What if staff has personal issues of appearance Misses? Or? Maybe it hurts them mentally knowing they are secretly Being watch by so drug headed perverts? If Management would stay on the job longer than 2 hours per day they could see who they're good stuff is and who they're bad stuff is they could see who's doing their job I think it's a very sad situation and now asc is going to be losing some really good stuff that care about these clients. If management would have done their job by seeking out and coming on the premises to check on their stuff and clients they would notice as well. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out if there is verbal abuse mental abuse or physical abuse going on. You got more older staff has been there forever that's not doing their job the new actual new stuff that is coming in that itself is a problem if management was doing their job they would also know this but instead want to put in cameras to Violight everybody's privacy this is supposed to be home not a house! Apparently somebody found a loophole somewhere just like they have with drugs well maybe now when they start losing all the good employees that really do care about the clients to open up your eyes instead of watching it sitting behind cameras!!

The way I see it, if you all are so against the cameras it is because you know you ate not doing your job as you are suppose to. The staff who are have nothing to worry about

I do my job. I do it well and with pride. All I ask ASC is to pay me properly. You guys want to start being douche bags with your stupid rules, then we can too. The next time my paycheck is wrong and someone tries to pocket my money, I'm calling the labor and waiver boards! I hear many complaints from staff, as I am not the only one. We are tired of having to call HR on a consistent basis and making them make it right. You've been warned. This is not an idle threat. I promise the next time this happens or I even catch wind of it, you will be turned in.

You need to open an investigation or send out a memo and see for yoursrlf how many hourly workers are having problems with their pay.

She is kinda psycho! And very rude to staff and others.
Overall I love my job. My manager aT the female house is kind and actually spends time with the clients, many others don't. She sets rules and leaves notes but sometimes just to praise staff which no others don't. And when a client is having a behavior she will come in and help calm them. She knows what he is doing. My other manager seems to care but he isn't at work very often so I haven't got to know him yet but overall
I am lucky to have two good managers..

I have heard that the cameras are being used to micromanage. Also used to make sure no one wears hats or uses cell phones.
Also heard that there are apps they can use to check and view on their phones. Not sure if that is true but I've heard that some managers are laughing about it and even checking it in bars

So very glad I quit them. Best move I ever made. Dang what a bunch of a-holes. I work for two other companies that are so much more appreciative of my contributions.
