They have to dig up the parking lot because it is sinking on the right side. They are going to use the land at the bottom of the parking lot to store the debree from the parking lot while they work.

WAL-MART: There's plenty of dirt moving in front of the U.S. 60 Wal-Mart in Huntington, but there is no business going in yet. Walmart is developing the land to get it ready for potential businesses.
"I am very excited about the work progressing at this time, and when completed will allow prime real estate that will be developed to enhance our customers shopping experience right here at our Wal-Mart," said Huntigton store manager Debra Mays. "There have been many businesses show interest in the two properties located at the front of our store.
"Eventually, Wal-Mart will make the best match for us. We will continue to work hard to provide a great place to shop and a great place to work right here in Huntington, W.Va."

...except it is NOT Huntington. They PURPOSELY located outside city limits. A lot of businesses do that. And that will soon save WalMart's customers 1 percent on every sale...

I have heard that one of the businesses that will be put there is "White Castle" Hamburgers. The site is infront of Wal-Mart on Rt. 60 in Huntington.

That has to be the worst Wal-Mart I've ever stepped foot in...and I've been in some real dives in my time.

Anyone else notice this? The store itself sucks, but I'm trying to figure out where all the trash comes from. It's like the low-lifes crawled out of the woodwork. I bet their theft loss is through the roof, lol

I worked at Huntington Wal-Mart as a self check out cashier. I seen a person stealing i walked over to do something about it and my manager came up to me and told me there was nothing i could do about it because they had changed tags and that I needed to let it go. That place blows f*ck walmart they fired me because my sister was killed and i was emotionally a wreck and i hadnt been there long enough to get a leave of absence! Ill never forget, " were sorry we have to let you go but were afraid that with the way you look and keep crying you will give the customers a negative shopping experience so we have to let u go." Wal-Mart suck a d*ck!

Get ahold of yourself and grow up...if u were that much of a wreck then u should have stayed home...the checkout line is not a proper place to grieve..

If they stopped taking food stamps and WIC, the customer base would improve dramatically.

I agree! Dislike it as well! I refer to it as the "The Ghetto Wal-Mart"
