I wish I could understand why someone would do something so final, particularly this time of year. Got to be so hard on the family.

I'm sure she was in great distress to take her own life, but how could a parent do such a thing? Didn't she have a small child? I heard her divorce from Chuck was extremely bitter, but to hurt her child like this? Very selfish.

She's had a pretty twisted messed up time of it since she got out of law school. What happened? She killed herself for sure? That is sad.

Heard that her ex husband was powerful within the city had something to do with it and she couldn't take it anymore. Something about constantly being falsely accused. Don't know the exact details so I'm being very vague.

Yes. Lynn did kill herself. No, Chuck had nothing to do with her death. Lynn had many emotional and psychological issues before, during and after her marriage to Chuck. They both did the best they could with those issues. Unfortunately, Lynn made a very final choice on how to end the story. She was a very kind woman. Chuck is a very patient and kind man. This is a very unfortunate situation for everyone. What Chuck and their little girl need now is privacy (without the rumors) so they can heal and move forward!

It is true Lynn apparently received a gun shot to the head inflicted by her on Monday evening. It is very sad she is leaving a child behind who she truly loved and adored. On clear speculation I understand she had been struggling with a divorce since summer, she was very excited purchasing a new home for a place her daughter could have a home. However from my understanding her ex had given her quite the time using their daughter as a pawn. It is such a devastating loss for friends, family and our community, I truly hope Lynn has found peace.

No one's spreading rumors. It is natural to wonder what happened if you know somebody. Sorry if you have a problem with that. I am more familiar with the first divorce and issues that followed. If anything like it happened a second time then it's no wonder this is what followed.

The girl in the courthouse the wears clothes way to small,,think her name is Sara. She was telling everyone Lynn shot and killed herself. How rude and shameless to broadcast to the public. Often wondered why the courthouse hires welfare to work people anyway...what a personal thing to say...

I grew up with Lynn and was told about her passing today! Like a lot of people we lost touch once we were adults. Her friends from her hometown are spread out all over the US and we are all saddened by this. RIP Lynn

Yes if the right person could hear half of what she does or says, she wouldn't work there.....
