Ok for one its an old building so its not going to look the greatest. But they are cleaning it up and trying to make it a bettr place. And they are also dealing with the bugs as well so just let it be. N if u dont live there or knw anyone there you dont need to go there

Look I lived in the pritchard for 3 years and I agree it needs to come down..they been saying they where gna clean it up for five years and its just as bad as ever..the landlord is a slumlord who will take anyones money without caring what kind of ppl they are.I saw the worse craziest most disgusting things in my life there and I thank god I finally got out.tear it down with everyone in [email protected] the pritchard! Ohh and the bedbugs in Huntington started in the pritchard.the landlord has had 3 years to deal with them and never did.just a matter of time before that place is shut down.the sooner the better.

first of all I know many that have lived there n still do the landlord is ok but his brother is an "ex" addict and live's there in the building and yes they have been cleaning it up for 5-6 yrs. now it still look's like shit and they will rent 2 whoever has cash plenty dealer's in the building as for the people I hate 2 say it but there is a city mission and they would probably b better off there than in the Prichard it is certainly no place 2 raise a child

It depends on what size apt u want. There are some nice apts in there, some not all, but he rents to trash so that's all he'll get in return! He should actually put some money into it and evict the trash he has in there and he could have a decent piece of property.

550 and up. There are some newly renovated apts and all utilities are included in the rent.

I heard the whole bldng is for sale for 75K. Of course, it would take 5 million to renovate it.....maybe M.U. should buy it, fix it up. That way all of the students that graduate without a chance of landing a a job could live there....

He will never sale that place it was for sale the whole 3 years I lived there.nobody in their right mind will buy that place knowing the reputation it has and the landlords reputation as a buisness man is not much better.just a matter of time before a catastrophic event occurs there and the state shuts it down.u can ride the elevator with out it almost crushing u when the door shuts or locks u in for 20 mins.people have died in that place because the emts couldnt get the elevator fast enough.that place is ticking time bomb

belive it or not I saw it in one of those property magazine's they had enough nerve to list it at 3.5 million it would take more than that to fix the place but I haven't seen it in there again that was about 2-3 month's ago but they are stupid to think someone would actually pay that it would probably take 5-6 million and that would be cutting corner's place is a dump inside and out
