I see their adds all the time about hiring and was wondering if anyone had experience working for this company?

I currently work at Marshall. I would like a second part time job.

I know a woman who worked there a few years ago. she really hated it. they don't pay you during the time that you are driving from place to place to go clean and they don't pay mileage. so if u r into that type of work environment then go for it. but like I said, this is second hand information ya know. take it for what it is. good luck

So if you had to drive 45 minutes between job sites its on your own time? What a sham.

You would have more hours invested into the work week than your getting paid. That's goofy.

It make sense from a biz standpoint. If u got paid to drive a 15 min drive would take 1:15. Gotta stop at speedway and take a dump for 45 min. Then we can stop at stoagies and get cigs to smoke while we should be workin cause they're $.15 cheaper there and last we'll stop at bp cause they have red bulls 2 for $4. Next thing u know u cleaned 2 places instead of 5 and the company went -$50 for your wonderful services today.

Unless you do the mileage like most businesses do. Don't go by how much they actually traveled, but go by what you know. If I know it is so many miles from point A to point B then that's what they would get paid, in that case you would get more runs done because they would do it in less time, but if I didn't get paid for my mileage, I would take my sweet time and not get much done and opt out of going out of my way. Common sense. If they stop in between that's on them, because I only pay what I know. You don't pay on how much time it took them to get from pint A to point B, but how many miles the travel actually was and geeze Google could tell you that.
