Oil company bilked out of $142,000

A Suffolk man has been arrested for allegedly bilking a Brooklyn fuel company out of $142,000 worth of oil delivered to his business in Nassau, police said Wednesday.

He happens to be a nice guy who got wrapped up in some "bad blood" with business partners, namely his own BROTHER! Who in fact had left the company with a ton of debt, stolen money from collecting receivables and not turning them over to the corporation, and has also left his wife with a set of newborn twins. His brother Thomas Bonsera has a lengthy criminal history including drug possession of cocaine which was and still is his downfall.

These are FACTS, not fiction, I wish them all the best and hope they can come away from this grief eventually and maybe once again have a stable family relationship.

Well it's a shame how in all fairness the fuel company sued me and after 4 long years of a relationship and millions of dollars given to them they were not satisfied with the outcome so in turn then run to the cops.Bravo to them but the bottom line is this I did nothing wrong! My business took a bad turn and Iam here left with nothing. I did not intend to screw anyone and I do feel bad that this had to come to this.

If you read the other post concerning "The Arrested One" you will plainly see that his company had done millions of dollars in business with them in the past which would justify a rather large credit line. Whether the credit line is high/low no one ever expects to not be paid. It's a gamble... Extending credit to anyone is legalized gambling and if there is interest accrued it is a penalty. When you gamble you are taking a risk, sometimes you win and sometimes you lose. Unless you are a strict COD company there is no guaranty.
By the way, typing IN ALL CAPITAL LETTERS exhibits your level of comprehension. What I stated in my comment is the truth. I would never slander anyone, these are facts, look up the history online if you are computer literate and you will see for yourself. The Bonseras are a good family, with some problems just like any one else's. Every family has a few black sheep, right? Some black sheep may have some coke problems, and have problems with their personal relationships. Some certain siblings may be more stable than others. Everyone has their demons to overcome. Some may never overcome them and learn from past mistakes. Cocaine is a highly addictive drug. Hope they overcome this public disgrace, with grace and dignity.
