Gee, it's not to hard to find out if he considers Florida his home. Just check with the county where his Florida house is and find if they have filed for a Homestead Exemption. If he filed, he considers himself a Florida resident. If they are collecting a star exemption on a NY house and a homestead exemption on a FLorida house, they are committing a crime. Wouldn't it be nice to bag another politician collecting both ways?

The Suffolk County Legislature just made this idiot its Associate Presiding Officer and William Lindsay got up and claimed Mystal was an asset to the group. Now his pension is increased just like the crooks at the school districts giving free pensions to Lawyers. William Lindsay and Mystal should resign and we should look at abolishing the Legislature all together.

He is a fraud. Is he collecting benifits for a job that he is not doing? He is collecting a very nice salary for someone who never shows up to do his job. He is a joke. He should be investigated for lying about his residency and collecting benifits and a salary for doing nothing.

His aid, DuWayne Gregory is more educated and qualified to hold this position. I knew him when he first appeared on the scene in the Town of Babylon. If I were back on Long Island, I would start a movement to oust Mystal and put this young fellow in office.
Get off your duffs, and start a petition or movement to have him removed or call for a "recall" election. The Democrats get away with stuff since Spota is anti-Republican.

Well, if you know anything, VRWC, you'd know that everything there is Democrat. That is the only party in that part, so I doubt the main targeted readers will get it confused.

Duwayne is a good candidate and I hope he is going to run for the seat if Mystal is ousted! I would vote for him since I have known him for a long time and he is upstanding
