When she comes in the room to cover a meeting at least one of us snaps our fingers because we all refer to her as Snappy which is an Imus-inspired combination of the last letter of her last name then one of Imus s three taboo words. One great thing for all the petty corrupt people at town hall, she is so blind, deaf, dumb and lazy that three workers were fired for embezzlement in the last 7 months and she has no clue. If someone keeps their mouth shut how can you tell theyre a fool? you know if a tree falls in the forest does anybody hear? She is the empty forest. Which means the living is easy for the Frankie and the other TOH masters of the world but boring for the rest of us.
