I'm not suggesting that it is indicative of an entire race. Nor is one Guatemalans actions indicative of the entire nation. I was responding to someone elses generalized comment.<quoted text>
Yes, Dahmer was sick and deranged. Please tell me how he is indicative of an entire race.

Unfortunately, message boards such as these attract some of the worst dregs of society. We are all but one race...the human one. Anyone who thinks his or her race is superior is already coming from an individual position of inferiority.

Please stay in California. Proud American States shouldn't have to tolerate trash like YOU. Hate Speak and BS is far more acceptable here. We have no pride. We are a Blue State.

You are SO wrong.
Illegal Immigrants accounts for only 6% of the total USA prison population. This leaves over 94% of the USA prison population as all Americans.
Here you try to scapegoat 6% of the illegal immigrant population as the reason for Americas socioeconomic ills.
You are an IDIOT.
ALL CHILDREN, regardless of their immigration status, are entitled to free public education, as required under the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment. Plyer v. Doe 457 U.S. 202 (1982)
It seems like you are B!TCHING that you hate AMERICAS laws more than anything else.
Move to Europe if you don't like America.

What is your problem? You go on about attacking others all the while attacking me for posting a comment.
For your information, I am one of the only "true Americans", as you put it. This in itself, is something I don't agree with. Let us live in the present. The Native American population is minimal. The crimes committed in history are where they belong. This country is not caucasian, white, brown, or black. It is a country made of Americans.
In my remarks, my intentionn was never to threaten. It was only to establish that ANYONE guilty of crimes should be delt with accordingly. If that means deportation, so be it. If it means life imprisonment for those that are now or have been legal citizens, so be it.
I'm don't understand why you are troubled by my comments. Perhaps it has to do with my, "puny intellectual understanding".

"A Rand Corp. study on illegal immigrants said that among those who previously had been jailed, then deported and reentered the United States, nearly 75% went on to commit another crime within a year. And 28% were arrested three or more times during the one-year period."
"The recidivism rate was much lower for illegal immigrants who had not been previously deported, with 32% of those inmates being rearrested within a year."
"Since the data were collected in 2002, the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department has overhauled screening for illegal immigrants and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security has poured resources into border security."
"Law enforcement authorities said the report underscores their ongoing efforts to target illegal immigrants who have been ordered deported or removed from the United States."
"L.A. County Sheriff Lee Baca said the report also shows that the federal government needs to do more to stop criminals from sneaking back across the U.S.-Mexico border."
"Criminals who are illegal immigrants know no limits and no boundaries," he said. "The harder we make it for them to get across, the better."
"The Los Angeles County Jail began working with federal immigration agents in 2006 to screen foreign-born inmates for deportation and have screened more than 20,000 inmates since then."
"If they were here illegally, just deporting them may not be that much of a deterrent from coming back and continuing on in their criminal ways," he said. "We need to look at prosecuting them for coming [back] across the border."
"The U.S. attorney's office is doing just that. From October 2007 through June, the U.S. attorney's office in Los Angeles had prosecuted illegal immigrants who returned to the U.S. after being deported, with most of the defendants receiving sentences of between three and five years. Such cases make up about one-third of all federal prosecutions in Los Angeles County and surrounding counties."
"This study appears to confirm our belief that our practice of prosecuting criminal aliens has a direct effect on protecting the residents of our district," said the spokesman for the U.S. attorney's office in Los Angeles. "We are doing what we can to address this demonstrated threat by prosecuting these recidivists and locking them up in federal prison."
" The Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency also recently rolled out a program to put a "virtual" Immigration and Customs presence in all jails and prisons by linking local law enforcement departments with federal databases.
And in "fugitive sweeps" in communities across the country, agents have arrested illegal immigrants with criminal records and those who had returned after deportation or received final deportation orders.
"Such efforts are helping to take dangerous criminals off the street and send a deterrent message", an agency spokeswoman said."
"This study underscores why criminal aliens, and in particular those who have been previously deported, are a top ICE enforcement priority, these are individuals who have shown no respect for our laws and our borders."
Top L.A. County Sheriff said the recidivism discussed in the study costs Los Angeles County millions of dollars that should be the responsibility of the federal government.
"We spend an enormous amount of resources and money chasing down illegal immigrant criminals and processing them through our system and then deporting them and then having them come back," Baca said.
"Local government should not bear the burden of criminals who are illegal immigrants."

"The number of illegal aliens detained in Orange County has tripled since December."
"The jump in cases comes after Orange County jails and police have begun checking the immigration status of people who have been arrested."
"Reentries are “a finger in the eye of the U.S. public and elbow into the ribs of our president to get out of the way. We have to get tougher with the employers of illegals.”
"Returning to the United States after being deported is a felony if the alien has been deported before."
More illegal aliens are being detained, because jails in Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino and Riverside counties now have formal agreements with ICE that allow local sheriff’s departments to check the immigration status of inmates. The federal agency also has launched aggressive operations to find illegal immigrants who are fugitives and has conducted more workplace raids."

L.A. County Sheriff Lee Baca (head of all LA County Jails), said that Hispanic prisoners outnumber Blacks by two to one, making it high risk for Blacks.
According to the sheriff, if one Black and one Hispanic start to fight, it will break out into a race riot.
The actual prison population by race for LA Country jail inmates is: 60% Hispanic and 30% Black.
The other 10% includes all Whites, Native Americans, Asians, Pacific Islanders, Arabs, Jews, etc....

Here are the names and faces of the criminal fugitives in California, as you will see, predominantly Hispanic, in fact almost entirely Hispanic, and most of those are Mexican nationals.
Out of over 250 fugitive criminals in one California city list, fewer than 40 were "other than Hispanic" (Asian, Middle Eastern, Black, White etc...).
Therefore, this is proof positive that most of the crimes committed in California (TX, AZ, NM, CO,...) are committed by Hispanics, and most of those are Mexican Hispanics.
Take a good look at the face of crime, and POB (Place of Birth), in most cases - Mexico:
It's pretty clear, where the hardened criminals are coming from.

Cowardice has definitely replaced Patriotism as a defining characteristic of the sick twisted Calif. version of Democrats. They have used their majority to destroy our State.

The problem is that illegal immigrates are law breaker that should not be allowed to contually be allowed in the U.S.A. Crossing our borders illegally is a misdemenor overstaying your visa is grounds to be bared from re-entry. Crossing our borders after being deported is a Felony up to 20 years in prison. Answer this question why should we not round up illegal immigrates to provide jobs for Americans and Permanate Residents?
