Can't we all just get along? Or, can't we all just mow the lawn? Now that's the way to make some quick money. Hire your buddy knowing you'll both be fired but not without a generous severance package. Wow, now that's what I call a platinum parachute. Wonder where these two Amigos will go next to make some more quick money.

Rulon and Mike Billdt should team up and form a comedy team. They can be known as Cletus and Hooter.

Did it ever occour to the MPOA that Rulon might be being brought in as Randy's hatchet man.
To put in the RIF.
Looks like a 15% pay cut- now its no longer 10%
or a 20% force reduction.
MPOA choice.
Ken seems like the kind of tough Cop that could get this painful task done.
And it would be painfull for those let go.
Want to avoid their pain?
Take the accross the board cut.
Whoever comes in is not going to be Chief Popularity with the force of the public saftey aware public.
Former Chief is Mr. Nice guy- not the hatchet man.
MPOA wants a nice guy - cut the deal at the next Council meeting.
Or plan on working without pay when what is left of the money runs out.
Thanks Rosie
