What's especially criminal is that it took two years of complaints for the town to actually do something about this. While Frank Petrone is vacationing - or holding press conferences blowing smoke - neighborhoods are going down the drain because his code enforcement department is laughable. Nearly six dozen animals were in a small home! Her lawyer should be disbarred for filing such ridiculous paperwork.

Sure she was just rescuing dogs and then they just happened to get pregnant and she just had to sell the puppies. If she was truly into rescue she would not object to the ASPCA neutering and spaying ehe dogs.

As a neighbor of Ms.Monroig I find her statements utter nonsence, her license plate reads "puppys4U", that does Not sound like an innocent person trying to help rescue these dogs. As a dog expert myself the first rule in rescue work is to spay and neuter, so there are no more unwanted animals. Did she? No ! Enough of the games, if these poor dogs were sick in any manner she should be charged immediately.

first thing I did when I got my two Westie Puppies when they turned 6 months old, was to spay the girl and neuter my boy...I WILL NOT add to the unwanted population of dogs....THAT'S what a person who really loves dogs does....and my dogs live in a clean home with clean food and LOTS of hugs and kisses, not in cramped cages with feces and mold in there food.

why have 50 odd dogs if you don't plan on selling them? if it is for love than she has no clue of the meaning of the word. there are many animals out there looking for homes without having someone do it the wrong way. nasty.

If she was such an animal do-gooder, then how can she or her attorney explain the deplorable conditions these poor creatures were made to live in? Her lawyer should be made to live in the same conditions as these animals were for even defending her.

She is a breeder....She got thousands for her maltese and she is a liar. She farmed her puppies out to be sold by other people. Ther were puppies that died in her home because she didn't take care of them. Let them check her backyard for dogs that died and burried there.

she out and out lied! She sells those puppies! All you have to do is look up any Dog News Magazine and she has 3 ads in there selling puppies. Maltese,yorkie, and poodles. it is under the header Puppy 4 You. UMM isn't that her liscence plate??
