I owen my house. My sewer drain goes between two rental houses owned by the Pablo's(sorry if spelled wrong). All three house share sewer drain. I hired a contractor to clean my drains but couldn't reach the problem. He inspected one of the rentals and decided it was a mutual problem, but Pablo refused to help with expense and told me it was my problem not his. I guess I just want everyone to know how little he cares about his rental properties and the people who rent them. So if you are going to rent or buy a house from them make sure you inspect every thing possible, becuase he will do any thing to save or make money.

I lived in Hunting for many years and rented from the Pabla's. He is not a good landlord. There was a live wire sticking out from the wall in the kitchen and I asked him to please have someone come out and fix it. He told me it became my concern when I signed the lease and it was up to me to get it fixed. After dealing with the problem my self a plumbing issue arose and again I was told to fix it or live with it, so I moved. I was not at the end of my lease so he sued me. He was also included the amount to fix the plumbing. In court the judge appeared to side with me but said he would make a decision and notify us by mail. Needless to say I lost. Pabla knew he was cheating me but he smiled all the way to the bank.
